We've been notified by Hermes of an upcoming maintenance on the Hermes Shipping Interface (HSI): > Due to a security patch in our IT infrastructure, the services listed below will have a limited availability on 18.01.2022. > Affected Services: Hermes Shipping Interface (HSI) > The affected services will not be available during the security patch. That means you will not be able to create shipments or request tracking information. Due to the security patch all access and refresh tokens will lose their validity, therefore a re-authentication is required after the maintenance window.
Due to the way Hermes is doing their authentication, you will likely have to re-login / reconnect your Hermes account to shipcloud after the update, in case you're using your own credentials.
