"due to maintenance on July 26, 2022, from 5 am until 6 am no return labels for DHL Retoure International can be created via API Retoure or function "Returns" in the Post & DHL Business Customer Portal for the following countries:
AT, BE, CH, CZ, DK, EE, ES, FI, FR, GB, HU, HR, IE, IT, LT, LV, MT, NL, SK, SI"
