We've been informed by DHL of the following maintenance on their Returns API:

> Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
> due to contractual changes, configuration work for the DHL Retoure Online product will be carried out in the DHL Business Customer Portal from midnight on January 1st until approx. 11 pm on January 3rd 2021.
> Within this period web service calls for the return function can occasionally run into errors.
> We will keep the restrictions as short and as low as possible for you and ask for your understanding and apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
